The service. PermitsRadar aggregates publicly available building-permit records and delivers them as browsable pages and email digests.
No warranty on data. Permit records come from government sources and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Verify all details independently before acting on them. PermitsRadar provides the data "as is" and is not liable for business decisions made from it.
Acceptable use. Don't resell raw exports, scrape the site at abusive rates, or use the data to harass property owners. Contacting permit applicants is subject to the telemarketing and solicitation laws of your jurisdiction — compliance is your responsibility.
Subscriptions. Pro plans bill monthly or annually via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the paid period.
